Moderating

I am a passionate advocate of human rights and equality and regularly moderate panels for organizations such as the Copenhagen Democracy Summit, Oslo Freedom Forum, United Nations, Fordham Business School and National Association of Black Journalists among others.
The Copenhagen Democracy Summit
In May, I moderated various panels at the Copenhagen Democracy Summit around Artificial Intelligence, including:

Carnegie Ethics Council
For the keynote event of Global Ethics Day 2025, I moderated a panel with a group of experts exploring vital questions around power, accountability, and the need for greater inclusivity in the design, funding, and delivery of humanitarian aid.

Peace Circle at UNGA 80
During the United Nations General Assembly, I hosted an inaugural peace circle as part of the Act Now for Peace Campaign. The initiative brings together youth advocates and elders to spark intergenerational dialogue around solutions for peace. The conversation is based on the collaborative design method, led by six prompts around six key themes, starting with “How might we imagine...” You can watch the full event on UNTV.

The 2022 International Women’s Rights Award
In 2022, I interviewed Zarifa Ghafari in front of a live audience in Geneva. Afghanistan's youngest elected mayor and survivor of numerous assassination attempts told me the Taliban can't erase women and that it's time for the rest of the world to build bridges with the people of Afghanistan.
Champions for change
In 2021 I moderated a panel for the Geneva Summit. It was their concluding session on "Champions for Change," with:
-
Evan Mawarire, Zimbabwean protest leader, arrested six times and tortured for his human rights work.
-
Yang Jianli, Chinese dissident, former political prisoner, survivor of Tiananmen Square massacre and President of Initiatives for China.
-
Vladimir Kara-Murza, Leading dissident against Putin regime, Chairman of Boris Nemtsov Foundation, survivor of two poisoning attempts.
